Because Borealis Babes items are made in small batches and often one-of-a-kind, we approach returns thoughtfully and fairly.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Made-to-order items
• Custom pieces
• One-of-a-kind or limited-run items

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to ordering, we're always happy to help.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once approved, please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
